THE SHELLFISH affair was born from the desire to share Baja Shellfish Farms' oysters in a very personalized fashion by creating a tasting experience that will indulge your senses.

Growing up, I witnessed my father, Sergio Guevara, establish the first Muscle farm in Mexico, later expanding it to one of the largest oyster farms, now Baja Shellfish Farms.

For the last twenty years, oysters to me, have symbolized family, connection and treasured moments, they simply make me happy.

Oysters are a genuine marvel of nature, and they represent a celebration of the accomplishments of life.

That is why, it brings me true joy to share them personally with you on your special occasions.
