Kumiai Oyster

Renowned for its plump flesh and distinctive flavor. A crisp, briny bite gives way to a clean, sweet finish—making it a favorite at upscale oyster bars and restaurants across the U.S. Its strong shell, deep cup, and consistent size make it ideal for serving with just a splash of lime.

Flavor Profile: Snappy texture with notes of cucumber, snap peas, seaweed, and a lingering sweet finish.

Pai Pai Oyster

Top of the line premium oyster, expertly cultivated using basket farming techniques. This method allows the oysters to naturally tumble with the tides, producing beautifully polished shells, an exceptional meat-to-shell ratio, and a refined petite size—perfect for single, flavorful bites.

El Chingón Oyster

“Chingón” is Mexican slang for “awesome” or “badass”—and these oysters live up to the name. Think of them as the bold big brother to our petite Pai Pai. With their deep cups, tank-like shells, and full-bodied flavor, Chingóns are our heavyweight oysters—built for serious oyster lovers.
